Delivery

Deliveries are free for mainland UK only, there are area's which include Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Channel Islands where a postage surcharge will need to be paid. Please email info@floorsandsnoresleeds.co.uk for the additional costing as the charge depends on the point of delivery and the weight/size of the rug.

Stock items are usually delivered within 4-5 working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery times on out of stock items will vary by supplier, dates are given in good faith, but please be aware these dates can be subject to change.

Although we do carry extensive stocks not all products are in stock at all times, if you require a quick delivery date please contact us to check stock positions prior to placing your order.

We do not deliver outside the UK with the exception of the Republic of Ireland.

DELIVERY TIMES

We are unable to offer a timed delivery service.

All deliveries are carried out between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

ORDER TRACKING

We will email tracking details on the day we despatch your rug.

You can track the progress of your delivery and contact our courier direct.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not available when your rug is delivered, our couriers may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour, unless you specifically request otherwise.

If our couriers do not get a reply, they will leave a card with contact details and a contact number.

You can rearrange delivery using the details on the card. The courier company may charge for failed or numerous attempted deliveries.

DELIVERY TO ANOTHER ADDRESS

We can deliver to an address other than the billing address if this is more convenient.

In some instances the first order must be delivered to the billing address given, we would confirm this after the order has been placed.
